This campaign calls on Oxfordshire County Council to urgently repair the deteriorating pedestrian railing on Crawley Causeway after more than three years without action.
The handrail has been left in an increasingly dangerous condition, with sections missing, rotten posts and safety bars hanging loose or absent altogether. There are growing concerns that pedestrians could trip on the uneven path and be pushed into the weakened railing, potentially causing it to collapse into the water.
Residents deserve a safe route through the village, and after three years of delays, it is time for action rather than excuses.
